Those who follow me on Twitter may have already known that some exciting news about OpenSpime were going to come out today.

So here it goes! I am happy to announce the launch today of:

• the OpenSpime Developer Network;
• the OpenSpime protocol website;
• PyOpenSpime, the first OpenSpime library written in Python.
